Basic Avalon Commands

The following is a list with descriptions of the most basic of commands. Eventually we will add other commands, such as those for dealing with shops, communities, keys, guilds, etc, however this list should answer the most frequently asked "how do I..."s.

Communication

SAY <text> - This will say whatever text to all those in your location.

TELL <player> <text> - This will tell a specific person whatever text.

MSG <player> <text> - At the cost of 5 gp, your text will be sent to a specific player.

RMSG - Will read any messages sent to you while in or out of Avalon.

Dealing with Combat

WIELD <weapon> (right/left) - Wields your weapon of choice in the specified hand. Including right/left is optional.

JAB <target> - When wielding a sword, this will attempt to jab your target.

STAB <target> - Also for use of sword, will attempt to stab a target.

PUNCH <target> - Will attempt to throw a punch at a target.

KICK <target> - Sends a flying kick towards your target.

Dealing with Items

GET <item> - Will pick up the item in your area.

DROP <item> - Drops an item in your inventory.

PROBE <item> - Gathers a small list of information about the item, including how much it weighs.

EXAMINE <item> - Examines an item in your inventory or location.
